Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities, connect with potential customers, manage leads, and promote our plastic recycling machinery and products.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
2. Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other platforms.
3. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
4. Promote company products and services through digital marketing and direct communication.
5. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery and recycling solutions.
6. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
7. Maintain customer databases and update lead information in CRM.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
9. Coordinate with the production and management teams to ensure smooth order processing.
10. Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn about industrial machinery and plastic recycling.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Language: English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Gender: Open to all candidates.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
