Job Description – Social Media ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, improve audience engagement, increase reach, handle negative comments professionally, and drive influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and monitor company social media platforms on a daily basis.

• Negative Comment Management – Monitor negative comments, complaints, and feedback and ensure timely, professional responses.
• Social Media Reach Growth – Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, impressions, and overall organic reach.
• Influencer Marketing – Identify relevant influencers, creators, and content partners for brand collaborations.
• Coordinate with influencers for campaigns, negotiations, deliverables, and content execution.
• Develop engaging content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and brand requirements.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience sentiment.
• Identify trending topics, reels, hashtags, and content formats to improve engagement.
• Track competitor activities and social media strategies.
• Coordinate with the creative/content team for posts, reels, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular social media reports.
• Analyze key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
• Maintain a positive brand image and ensure all communication follows company guidelines.
• Escalate serious complaints, brand-related issues, or sensitive comments to the concerned team/management.
