Job Description – System Operator
Company: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)
Position: System Operator – Examination Operations
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesConduct and manage computer-based examinations as per the given guidelines and procedures.
- Set up and operate computer systems and examination software.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of examination activities.
- Monitor systems during examinations and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Maintain examination-related records and follow all security and confidentiality protocols.
- Coordinate with the examination team and report any technical or operational issues.
- Job Details
- Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Training: 1 month of training in Kolkata is required.
- Training Expenses: Company will provide applicable travel, accommodation, and other allowances/expenses as per company policy.
- Interview: Online interview
- Interview Timeline: Interview will be conducted within 1–2 days for shortlisted/interested candidates.
- Candidate RequirementsBasic computer knowledge and good operating skills.
- Ability to handle examination-related systems and follow instructions carefully.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel to Kolkata for the training period.
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in a time-sensitive examination environment.
