Job Description

Role: Loan Officer

Experience: 0–3 years in Microfinance/Banking preferred

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new customers.
  • Form and manage loan groups/JLGs.
  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
  • Complete KYC and loan documentation.
  • Process loans and support disbursement.
  • Ensure timely collection of loan installments.
  • Maintain customer relationships and portfolio quality.
  • Follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Skills: Good communication, fieldwork ability, customer handling, and target-oriented approach.
