Automobile Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Used CarsKey Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their car-buying requirements.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, condition, pricing, and available finance options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers.
• Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, references, and online enquiries.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and documentation teams for smooth delivery.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Have good knowledge of different car models, variants, features, specifications, and basic technical aspects of vehicles.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in automobile/used-car sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of 4-wheelers, car models, features, specifications, and basic technical aspects.
• Valid 4-wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Must be confident and comfortable with 4-wheeler driving.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Basic English communication and computer knowledge.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under sales targets and achieve results.
• Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, used-car showrooms, or car sales will be preferred.
