Job Description
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
2. Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel Sheet, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Providing appropriate data whenever needed by the team.
3. Outbound & Inbound Calling - Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or lead lists. Calling Field Staffs and BC points/CSP points for follow up.
4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity by calling BC points and BRO.
