Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing activities accurately and efficiently. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel and be able to maintain billing records and support daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate customer invoices and bills.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Enter billing and payment data in Tally.
- Update and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Verify invoices and ensure billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Filters, Sorting, Basic Reports).
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant graduate.
- Diploma/Certification in Tally will be an added advantage.
