CCTV Technician

1. 1. Job ResponsibilitiesInstallation and configuration of CCTV cameras (IP & Analog).
2. Installation and configuration of DVR, NVR and XVR systems.
3. CCTV camera wiring, cabling, termination and troubleshooting.
4. Installation and configuration of PoE switches, routers and networking devices.
5. Configure remote viewing through mobile applications and computers.
6. Perform maintenance, repair and servicing of CCTV systems.
7. Identify and resolve camera, recording, network and power supply issues.
8. Conduct site surveys and prepare installation reports.
9. Handle customer complaints and provide technical support.
10. Maintain company tools, equipment and materials properly.
11. Follow company safety rules and complete assigned work within deadlines.

• 2. Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of IP and Analog CCTV systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP Address, LAN, WAN, Router and Switch).
• Knowledge of DVR, NVR and CCTV configuration.
• Knowledge of cable laying, crimping and testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• 3. ExperienceFreshers with technical knowledge may apply.
• 1–3 years of CCTV installation and maintenance experience preferred.
• 4. Employee ResponsibilitiesReport to the office and customer sites on time.
• Maintain daily attendance and work reports.
• Follow instructions given by the reporting manager.
• Do not misuse company property, tools or SIM cards.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Obtain approval before taking leave.
• Complete proper handover of company property when leaving employment.
