Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, based on previous salary, experience, and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage paid campaigns, generate quality leads, optimize performance, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage lead generation campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion rates.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, ROI, and other key metrics.

- Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing, and retargeting.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

- Coordinate with the sales and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.

- Manage campaign tracking, pixels, and conversion measurement.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience is compulsory.

- Strong practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.

- Good understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting.

Additional Advantage:

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads.

- Prior experience in the education industry, particularly education marketing, admissions, or student lead generation, will be a strong advantage.
