Job Description

Role Type: Residential – Candidate must stay on the campus

Reporting To: Head of HR

Accpmodation -Free of Cost

Meals-Thrice a Day

Experience: 5–6 Years in HR Generalist / HR Operations

CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain attendance, leave and personnel records
  • Handle HR policies, processes and employee grievances
  • Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR processes across the campus
  • Qualification


MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution preferred.
