Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
  • Respond to clients promptly and share service details/quotations
  • Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into bookings
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
  • Maintain proper inquiry and client data records
  • Coordinate with the operations/photography team for bookings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
