Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Loading Supervisor to manage daily loading and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising loading staff, ensuring proper handling of goods, maintaining dispatch accuracy, and completing loading work safely and on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage loading workers during daily operations.
• Ensure proper loading of finished products into vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
• Verify product quantity, bags/cartons and loading details before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch, Store and Production teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper arrangement and safe handling of products during loading.
• Maintain loading and dispatch records accurately.
• Monitor attendance, work allocation and productivity of loading workers.
• Ensure vehicles are properly loaded and goods are secured before dispatch.
• Follow company safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Report shortages, damages, discrepancies or other issues to the concerned authority.
• Ensure timely completion of loading activities as per dispatch schedule.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in loading, dispatch, warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Good manpower handling and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock and dispatch documentation.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment.
