Medical Representative (MR)As a Medical Representative (MR), you will act as the key link between our pharmaceutical company and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell medical products while driving prescription growth within your assigned territory.

Key ResponsibilitiesDoctor Visits: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with doctors, consultants, and specialists to pitch healthcare products.

Product Detailing: Present scientific product information, benefits, and therapeutic advantages clearly.

Commercial Networking: Maintain active business relationships with retail chemists and wholesale stockists to guarantee product availability.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals established by management.Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market pricing strategies, and local prescription trends.Reporting Compliance: Submit structured Daily Call Reports (DCR) using corporate mobile reporting applications.Event Coordination: Organize local medical camps, round-table meetings, and scientific seminars for healthcare providers.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or B.Sc. Business graduates with relevant industry experience may apply.
