Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Handle negotiations and close sales effectively.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Assist and guide junior sales executives when required.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership abilities, customer relationship management, target-oriented approach, and good knowledge of sales strategies.
