Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through phone calls, emails, and online channels. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining products/services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead details in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update lead status.
- Build good relationships with customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
