Job SummaryWe are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Service Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for every customer.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Explain menu items and recommend dishes when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-office team for smooth service.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for customers.
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
• Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
• Follow hygiene, food-safety, and grooming standards.
• Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
• Maintain proper communication with supervisors and other team members.
• RequirementsPrevious restaurant/cafe experience preferred but freshers can also apply.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-player with good discipline and punctuality.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
