Take complete ownership of the showroom’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Drive the team towards achieving defined sales targets, revenue and business objectives.

Lead, manage, motivate and develop the sales team to build a high-performing team.

Ensure exceptional customer service and create a premium, memorable showroom experience.
🔹 Stock & Inventory Management
Maintain effective control over jewellery stock, inventory accuracy and movement.
🔹 Team & Sales Performance Monitoring
Monitor daily sales performance, individual team productivity and overall showroom performance.
🔹 Discipline & Service Standards
Maintain showroom discipline, grooming standards and consistently high service quality.
🔹 Process & Policy Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, operational guidelines and security standards.
