Job Description
Direct Tax & Compliance:
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR 1 to ITR 6) for individuals, firms, private limited companies, and trusts.
- Computation, preparation, and timely filing of TDS / TCS quarterly returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q) and issuance of Form 16/16A.
Tax Audit & Statutory Audit Support:
- Preparation of Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CA/3CB-3CD), tax computations, and supporting schedules.
- Assisting in compiling ledger scrutiny details, clause-wise reporting under Section 44AB, and managing audit queries.
Finalization of Accounts:
- Preparation of Final Accounts (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow Statements) in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Performing year-end adjustments, provisions, depreciation calculations, and ledger reconciliations.
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
- Day-to-day accounting and oversight in Tally Prime / Comptax / Excel.
- Reconciling bank statements, Form 26AS, AIS/TIS with books of accounts.
