Job Description

  • Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting entries
  • Handle cash, bank, and journal vouchers
  • Maintain purchase and sales records
  • Reconcile bank statements regularly
  • ✅ Billing & InvoicingGenerate invoices and quotations
  • Maintain customer payment records
  • Follow up for outstanding payments
  • Prepare debit/credit notes
  • ✅ GST & TaxationAssist in GST filing and compliance
  • Maintain tax-related documents
  • Coordinate with CA for audits and returns
  • ✅ Vendor & Expense ManagementProcess vendor bills and payments
  • Verify expense bills and supporting documents
  • Maintain petty cash records
  • ✅ MIS & ReportingPrepare daily/monthly reports
  • Maintain Excel sheets and accounting data
  • Support management with financial information
  • ✅ DocumentationMaintain proper filing of accounts documents
  • Keep records updated and organized
