Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
- Explain Personal Loan and Business Loan products, eligibility and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into loan applications.
- Follow up with interested customers until the loan process is completed.
- Coordinate with the backend/operations team for smooth processing of loan files.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide timely assistance.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate information from customers.
