Job Description
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in engineering or technical fields related to generators is advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial or after-sale service sectors. Experience with B2B marketing is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and trends, with strong analytical skills to inform marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and product management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify issues and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
