Job Description
The Quality Control Engineer – Electronics will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic components, PCB assemblies, control panels, wiring, and electronic systems as per defined specifications, drawings, and quality standards. The role includes conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspections; testing electronic circuits and assemblies using appropriate testing equipment; identifying defects, failures, and deviations; performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). The engineer will maintain inspection and test records, quality reports, rejection and rework data, and calibration records of testing equipment. The position will also coordinate with Production, R&D, Stores, and Purchase teams to resolve quality issues, monitor supplier quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with applicable ISO procedures and company quality requirements.
