Job Description – HR GeneralistPosition: HR Generalist
Location: Anandpur Sahib, Punjab
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records.
- Process attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate performance management and training activities.
- Maintain employee files and prepare HR reports as required.
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws will be an added advantage.
- Must be fluent in Punjabi (Read, Write & Speak).
