Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer Technician to handle day-to-day IT and computer-related issues in the office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, drivers, and antivirus software.
- Troubleshoot Windows, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and networking issues.
- Maintain and monitor office computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform regular system maintenance and backups.
- Set up computers and required software for new employees.
- Manage basic network and connectivity issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and replacements.
- Provide technical support to employees whenever required.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for major technical issues.
- Ensure office IT systems remain secure and operational.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Computer Technician / IT Support / Desktop Support.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common office applications.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Education
