Job Description

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day Amazon operations
  • Create, update and optimize product listings on Amazon
  • Add and update products on our company website
  • Manage product information, prices, images and inventory
  • Process and manage online orders
  • Generate bills/invoices
  • Print shipping labels, invoices and packing documents
  • Coordinate with courier/shipping teams when required
  • Maintain sales, order and inventory records
  • Work on Excel/Google Sheets for daily reporting
  • Handle basic customer/order-related coordination
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce is preferred
  • Experience with website product listing will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of billing/invoicing and label printing preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility
