Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office & executive support work
• Maintain records and basic reports in MS Excel.
• Regular follow-up with customers, clients & team members.
• Track pending tasks, orders, payments & updates
• Coordinate with different departments
• Handle calls, messages, emails and routine communication
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong follow-up & coordination skills
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, organized & proactive
