Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well organized.
- Assist with billing and basic stock management.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain daily sales and customer records.
