Event Planner / Manager

As a Creative Head in an event company, your responsibilities would encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative elements for various events. 

Major KRAs

• Concept Development: Lead the creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative event concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities.
• Theme Creation: Design unique event themes and concepts that resonate with target audiences and cater to client preferences.
• Event Design and Styling: Oversee the design and styling of event spaces, including decor, lighting, furniture, and overall ambiance, ensuring they reflect the event theme and brand image.
• Visual Branding: Develop visual branding elements such as logos, signage, banners, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and consistency throughout the event.
• Art Direction: Provide artistic direction to graphic designers, set designers, and other creative team members to ensure all visual elements are cohesive and visually compelling.
• Innovative Technologies Integration: Stay updated with the latest event technologies and trends, and incorporate innovative technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and interactive displays to enhance attendee experiences.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to source materials and services that meet the creative vision while staying within budget constraints.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, set designers, and stylists, to ensure their work meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and objectives, and present creative concepts and designs that exceed their expectations.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets for creative elements, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or creativity.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all creative deliverables to ensure they meet the company's standards of excellence and client requirements.
• Event Execution Support: Provide on-site support during events to oversee the implementation of creative elements, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure the overall success of the event.
• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of creative elements, gather feedback from clients and attendees, and identify areas for improvement.
• Trend Forecasting: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design techniques to continuously elevate the company's creative offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for the company, showcasing its creative capabilities through participation in industry events, awards programs, and networking opportunities.
• Content Data Management: Will be responsible in effective management of content created by external content creation agency. Ensure the data is in legitimate condition for social media and PR usage for best coverage and lead generation tool.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Event Management, or a related creative field.

A Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Event Management or a related discipline would be an added advantage.
