Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans and billing documents.
• Enter sales and billing transactions in ERP software.
• Maintain customer, product, rate and invoice records.
• Check quantity/weight, rate, GST and invoice details before billing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Stores and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain TMT steel bar invoice, dispatch, weighment and delivery records.
• Maintain physical and digital files properly.
• Prepare daily/monthly billing and sales reports.
• Handle e-invoice and e-way bill documentation as applicable.
• Check and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and future reference.
• Perform other billing and documentation work assigned by management.
• Required SkillsERP knowledge is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of GST, e-invoice and e-way bill.
• Good documentation and file-maintenance skills.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in weight-based billing, ERP entry, invoice preparation and document management will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
