DMC Gardens is a trusted property development company offering thoughtfully planned residential plots and communities in Salem. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Job Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining our projects, convincing prospective customers to visit the project site, and converting qualified leads into bookings and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp and digital marketing campaigns.

- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.

- Explain project features, location, amenities, pricing, payment options and available schemes.

- Convince interested customers to schedule and attend a site visit.

- Follow up consistently with customers before and after site visits.

- Coordinate with the sales/site team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Build relationships with prospective customers and answer their questions professionally.

- Negotiate and assist customers through the booking process.

- Convert qualified leads into plot bookings and sales.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales.

- Achieve assigned monthly site visit and sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.

- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

- Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.

- Experience in real estate, telecalling, field sales or direct sales will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication and sales ability are also welcome.
