Job Title: Work-from-Office Telesales Executive (Female)

Job Description:

 We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work from Office Telesales Executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers

Requirements:

• Only female candidates
• Only Fresher candidates with no prior working experience
• Must speak Tamil
• Any education qualification
• Must have an Android smartphone
• Must be able to make customer calls
• Work-from-Office role
• No fees or registration charges
• Hybrid Mode 3 days WFO & 3 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 25 calls daily to customers/clients
• Provide information and handle basic queries
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
• Keep simple records as required

HR Interview will be at the office location in offline mode only.

Training & Observation (First month)

• 5 days of training will be given in offline mode
• After training, 3 weeks of observation will also be in offline mode
• Work starts from after observation

Work Rules (After Training & Observation)

• Work timings are from 10:300am to 5:30pm
• Make 25 calls everyday
