Sales Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, handle existing customers, understand their requirements, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, product presentations, order follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/fabrics.
• Generate sales enquiries and convert them into orders.
• Regularly visit customers, dealers, garment manufacturers, and other potential clients.
• Present and explain product specifications, quality, pricing, and available ranges.
• Follow up on quotations, samples, enquiries, and pending orders.
• Coordinate with the production, sampling, dispatch, and accounts teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper order execution.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain daily customer visit and sales follow-up reports.
• Follow up for outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team.
• Develop new markets and increase sales volume.
• Maintain regular communication with key customers and provide after-sales support.
