Job Description

Job Description – Tractor Sales Cluster HeadLocation: Samrala Region

Department: Tractor Sales – Garg Tractors

  • Lead and manage tractor sales activities across the Samrala Cluster.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and guide Sales Executives/DSPs and ensure daily field activity.
  • Develop new customer leads and strengthen relationships with farmers and influencers.
  • Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, deliveries, and collections through CRM.
  • Conduct village visits, market activities, product demonstrations, and competitor tracking.
  • Coordinate with finance, RTO, service, and dealership teams for smooth deliveries.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and ensure strong market coverage.

Key Responsibility: Drive sales growth, team productivity, customer satisfaction, and market share in the Samrala Region.
