Accountant

About the Role :-

Orient Enterprise is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial

operations.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, journal entries, and ledgers

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations

• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations

• Manage inventory and stock accounting in coordination with the supply chain team

• Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance filings

• Support month-end and year-end closing, audits, and MIS reporting

• Post and track transactions in the SAP system

• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and warehouse teams on billing and documentation

Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com degree

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

• Experience in a supply chain or logistics environment (preferred)

• Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/MM modules a plus)

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail, and good communication skills
