📌 Job Details
- Position: Apprentice Trainee (NAPS)
- Vacancies: Immediate hiring
- Gender: Male candidates only
- Age Limit: 19–27 years
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Education: Any one of the following:
- 10th Pass + ITI (any 2-year trade)
- 12th Pass with a minimum of 45% marks
- English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency preferred
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Basic Stipend: ₹14,649 per month
- Attendance Allowance: ₹2,500 per month
- Total Monthly Stipend: ₹17,149
- Retention Reward: ₹12,000 per year, disbursed in two instalments, subject to applicable conditions

- Diploma in Mechatronics through Ganpat University, Gujarat
⏰ Working Schedule
- 8 hours of work per day
- Additional 2 hours of diploma classes on Tata Motors premises
