Project Manager (Electrical)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Electrical who can independently handle electrical project activities from planning through execution and completion.

The candidate will be responsible for managing electrical project work, coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed within the required timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle and manage electrical projects from start to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day project activities.
• Visit client sites as required for project execution, inspection, coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules, timelines, manpower, and resources.
• Ensure electrical installation and project activities are carried out as per specifications and requirements.
• Review project-related drawings, documents, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project-related reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Use MS Excel for project planning, tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Identify project-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper coordination between site activities and the company's internal team.
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of assigned projects.
• Handle project responsibilities independently and take ownership of assigned work.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Electrical Project Management.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently handle project responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel to client locations/sites as required.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Electrical Project Execution / Project Management.
• Candidates who have independently handled electrical projects will be preferred.
• Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working at Changodar as well as different client locations.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
