Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines, manufacture precision components, and ensure product quality as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Perform machine setting, tool changing, and component loading/unloading.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
Maintain product quality and dimensional accuracy.
Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues.
Follow production targets, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain proper housekeeping and machine cleanliness.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 6 month of experience in CNC machine operation (preferred).
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
Freshers may also apply if they have relevant technical training.
Required Skills:
CNC machine operating skills.
Basic technical and mechanical knowledge.
Attention to detail and quality awareness.
Ability to work in shifts.
Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
