B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

● Sales Order Processing & Documentation:

○ Prepare and manage Sales Invoices (SI), Proforma Invoices (PI), and Purchase Orders (PO).

○ Ensure accuracy in documentation and timely submission for order execution.

● Order Execution & Coordination:

○ Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth dispatch and installation support.

○ Track order status and update customers regularly.

● Customer Interaction & Field Visits:

○ Visit corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors to understand requirements and close sales opportunities.

○ Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.

● Business Development:

○ Identify potential B2B customers in the solar energy sector.

○ Support senior sales team in preparing proposals and quotations.

● Payment & Stock Management:

○ Maintain accurate records of customer payments, pending dues, and payment follow-ups.

○ Coordinate with the store team to track and manage Adani solar panel stock for timely availability and delivery.

● Reporting & MIS:

○ Maintain records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.

○ Share daily/weekly sales and stock reports with management.
