Manager - Projects

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage residential construction projects from inception to handover.

- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, quality, and resources.

- Ability to analyze and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, identify design conflicts and coordinate with relevant team.

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.

- Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Review project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.

- Manage client communications and stakeholder expectations.

- Prepare project reports, forecasts, and progress updates.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.

Requirements:

- Mandatory experience in Real Estate Residential Projects (Apartments/Villas).

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.

- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and quality control.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
