Job Description
* Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
* Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales deals.
* Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
* Monitor sales performance and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth sales closures.
* Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
