Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Regularly visit customers, dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Ensure proper product availability and distribution across the assigned area.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
