Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch and logistics operations as per order schedules.
  • Coordinate with Production, Accounts, QC and Sales teams for timely dispatch.
  • Verify invoices, packing details, quantities and dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate with courier, transporters and logistics partners for shipments.
  • Track deliveries and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Maintain dispatch records, shipment tracking and logistics documentation.
  • Handle any dispatch-related issues, delays or discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper packing, labelling and safe handling of finished products.
  • Maintain daily/weekly dispatch reports and records.
