We believe great products start with great design. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, fast, and product-minded UI/UX Designer who can turn ideas into beautiful, functional, and developer-ready digital experiences.

You will work directly with the Founder and Developer, giving you significant creative ownership and the opportunity to work on real-world projects from Day 1.

• What You'll DoDesign modern websites, web applications, dashboards, and mobile apps.
• Create complete UI/UX designs in Figma from wireframes to final screens.
• Build interactive prototypes for client presentations and usability testing.
• Create user flows, wireframes, design systems, components, and responsive layouts.
• Design for mobile, tablet, and desktop with strong attention to responsive behavior.
• Create 3D visual concepts and website elements using Spline.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design research, ideation, mood boards, and visual creation.
• Prepare detailed developer handoff files with specifications, spacing, colors, typography, components, and interaction notes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the final product matches the approved design.
• Present your designs to clients and confidently explain your design decisions.
• Create social media creatives, advertising visuals, and basic branding assets when required.
• Maintain consistency across projects through proper design systems and component libraries.

Spline experience is strongly preferred because some of our projects include 3D and animated web experiences.

• Basic understanding of React and Next.js

You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand what is realistically possible to build.

Step 2 — Short Phone DiscussionA 10-minute conversation about:

• Your design process

Step 3 — Live Design TaskYou will visit our Sawantwadi office and receive a real-world product brief.

Task: Design a mobile app home screen in Figma within 60 minutes.

ImportantWe move fast and expect designers to take ownership of their work.
