Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Sales team in the Real Estate & Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, driving property sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations.
Conduct and coordinate property/project site visits for clients.
Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Guide and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Candidate Requirements– years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Construction Sales / Property Sales.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
Two-wheeler/Four Wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
