Job Description
- Store Assistant – Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEnter daily MRN (Material Receipt Note) details accurately into the computer/system.
- Handle packing of materials as per dispatch requirements.
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper records.
- Prepare material indents as required by different departments.
- Maintain and update stock inventory on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the store.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the concerned person.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure the store area remains clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work responsibly.
- Previous experience in a store, warehouse, or inventory role will be preferred.
