Field Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise security and manpower deployment at client sites.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure proper deployment of manpower.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming and performance of security personnel.
• Coordinate with Security Guards, Supervisors and client representatives.
• Arrange replacement manpower for absenteeism and staff shortages.
• Handle client requirements and resolve site-level issues promptly.
• Ensure employees are wearing proper uniform and ID cards.
• Collect and verify employee documents required for onboarding and compliance.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding recruitment, deployment and employee documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily field visit and manpower reports.
• Monitor site requirements and maintain good client relationships.
• Travel to multiple client locations as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in security services, manpower deployment or field operations preferred
• Willingness to travel between multiple client locations.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and report preparation.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle site-level issues independently.
