Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor – Fresh & Frozen Foods to manage day-to-day department operations, ensure product quality and freshness, maintain stock availability, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the fresh and frozen food sections.

Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, display, and replenishment of products.

Monitor freshness, quality, expiry dates, and temperature of frozen/chilled products.

Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage and expiry.

Ensure attractive and hygienic product displays as per company standards.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/store team for replenishment.

Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits.

Minimize product damage, wastage, and stock discrepancies.

Skills: 

Team handling and people management skills

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving ability

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/food environment

Leadership and coordination skills to manage day-to-day operations
