Job Title: Manufacturing / Production Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and motivated Diploma & ITI candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our production team. Selected candidates will be deployed across critical operational departments including Assembly, Quality Control, Production, and Welding based on their qualification and technical expertise.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

For Diploma Candidates (Assembly / Quality / Production)

Production & Assembly: Operate machinery and assemble mechanical/electrical components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality Assurance: Perform routine product inspections, quality checks, and defect analyses to ensure compliance with company standards.

Process Monitoring: Maintain production logs, assist in achieving daily shift targets, and report equipment or material downtime.

Continuous Improvement: Support line supervisors in maintaining 5S standards, safety guidelines, and shop-floor productivity.

For ITI Candidates (Welder / Fitter / Machinist)

Welding & Fabrication: Perform precision welding operations (e.g., MIG, TIG, or Arc welding) according to blueprint specifications and quality standards.

Part Assembly & Fitting: Assemble metal parts, structural components, and machinery assemblies using hand and power tools.

Machining Operations: Setup and operate lathes, milling machines, or specialized machinery (for Machinist trade).

Maintenance & Inspection: Inspect welds and finished assemblies for dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.

Candidate Eligibility & Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Diploma (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Electrical)

ITI Trade (Welder, Fitter, Machinist)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Gauges).

Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and shop-floor practices.
