Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, expand market presence, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop business across multiple market segments and identify new revenue opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
* Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
* Develop dealer networks, channel partners, and strategic business partnerships.
* Manage the CRM system, monitor the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
* Improve lead conversion rates and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client requirements.
* Maintain customer relationships after project completion.
* Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
* Lead, guide, and mentor junior business development executives.
