Job Description
- Manage and maintain customer and franchisee information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer and franchisee queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, requirements, and communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution.
- Draft professional emails, business communications, and customer correspondence.
- Maintain regular communication with franchisees and business partners.
- Support franchise sales and development activities.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Handle negotiations and communication with clients/franchise prospects when required.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Office and Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of CRM data.
